Possibly inspired by the Kitty Teapots of Louis Wain (Victorian artist) or my boy Jasper, the studio cat, the Kitty Teapot Series takes me down the whimsical rabbit hole for hours. While super decorative, they are technically functional porcelain teapots.
Dressed to the nines, this Duchess sports a Victorian floral hat with silver plume, and matching silver reticule. Mother-of-pearl luster on her pearls are adorned with an amethyst pendant right out of a Victorian novel. She is 9" tall , and 4" wide and food safe.
