1 1/2 inch "Puffy" porcelain heart on a 33", 18K gold plated stainless steel, multi patterned chain features aquamarine glass bead accents. There is no clasp and can be worn long or looped around twice. Elegant for an evening out as well as comfortable for casual wear with a tailored shirt and jeans.
