Kitty Teapots are a "THING"!

Possibly inspired by the Kitty Teapots of Louis Wain (Victorian artist) or my boy Jasper, the studio cat, the Kitty Teapot Series takes me down the whimsical rabbit hole for hours. While super decorative, they are technically functional porcelain teapots. Most of them are based on a visual pun and crack me up.

Tu-Kat-Khamun is wrapped up as a mummy and adorned with turquoise and coral to emulate Egyptian paste and trimmed with the richness of fired on gold luster. The hieroglyphics on the front spell out CAT and on the back is my name. His pose is the iconic dance move for "Walk Like an Egyptian". He is 9" tall and 6" wide and food safe.
