Possibly inspired by the Kitty Teapots of Louis Wain (Victorian artist) or my boy Jasper, the studio cat, the Kitty Teapot Series takes me down the whimsical rabbit hole for hours. While super decorative, they are technically functional porcelain teapots. Most of them are based on a visual pun and crack me up.
I think he is the funniest of all the Kitty Teapots so far! Sitting in a frying pan with his pet catfish and garnished with a sprig of basil, his expression is the realization that things are about to heat up.(hopefully they make it out safely) He is 9" tall and 6" wide and food safe.
