Kitty Teapots are a "THING"!

Possibly inspired by the Kitty Teapots of Louis Wain (Victorian artist) or my boy Jasper, the studio cat, the Kitty Teapot Series takes me down the whimsical rabbit hole for hours. While super decorative, they are technically functional porcelain teapots. Most of them are based on a visual pun and crack me up.

Frida Kahlo is an inspiration for me; a non-conformist, strong, and persevering in her painting while enduring medical experiences.The drive for creative expression in spite of  physical hardships  is to be admired.This Frida Kat-lo is hanging out with her pet sock monkey and dressed in her colorful floral traditional outfit.She is 9" tall and 6" wide and food safe.
