Possibly inspired by the Kitty Teapots of Louis Wain (Victorian artist) or my boy Jasper, the studio cat, the Kitty Teapot Series takes me down the whimsical rabbit hole for hours. While super decorative, they are technically functional porcelain teapots. Most of them are based on a visual pun and crack me up.
Cat-A-Maran is a salty fellow with a wink to Popeye! He has his little first mate, Mr. Mouse on board. His head comes off for a lid and curiously his hat comes off as well for a double lid. His life ring is also detachable so he is a fun one if you like moveable parts. He is 8" tall , 9" long, and 4" wide and food safe.
